1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general terms.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Prohibited Gaming Behaviour

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bagh bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bagh bet account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure, any remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions on bonus balances.

Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bagh bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; inability to access the platform due to connectivity issues on the player's side; or financial losses arising from your wagering decisions. bagh bet's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
